EXISTING regularly-attending patients.
Please telephone or call at the practice as soon as possible: we will try our best to see you sometime the same day, though you may have to wait until there is a space when you come in. There is usually no charge for this service.
If such an existing patient requires emergency advice outside surgery hours, he or she should use their emergency card telephone number and follow the instructions given. Please make sure you have an up-to-date card.
NEW PATIENTS, or patients who haven't attended the practice for more than two years.
We offer an emergency pain or other problem relief appointment which costs £60, payable on that visit.
Such a person should contact the practice as soon as possible in the day. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day.
