Children
When new to the practice, a child has a brief introductory check to decide what sort of examination is needed, according to his/her need, decided by the dentist at the time of the first visit. There is no fee for this first introductory visit This is because many young children need very little examination time whilst others' teeth may be in a terrible state. So that first visit is very short, to indicate which category the child will be in.
For children with healthy teeth or just one or two small disigiuos (baby teeth) decayed. with one parent already an attending patient of the practice, the intial examination fee will be £30 recall fees for this child provided that he/she remains decay free, will be £15.
For any child which parent does not attend the practice or for a child with more than just simple damage, the fee of £65 will be charged
