Introduction for a new patient
Every patient new to the practice has a brief introductory visit: 5 to 10 minutes, which is free.

The patient can describe her/his dental need, or what problem is or why he/she is looking for advice.

We usually take x-rays (which is to support out opinions and for which £45 is payable, at that visit. (Sometimes x-rays are not taken, and therefore no fee payable -the dentist decides at the time).

If X-rays are taken, the patient is then given a second appointment for the dentist to show him or her any problems. There is no further cost at that appointment.
